Why habits? Our lives run on habits. The way we eat, drive and dress are all habits. Our habits dictate when we wake up, how we shower, how we do our work, how we spend our money, whether we exercise or not etc. In other words, habits dictate the actions we take on a consistent basis. Our actions produce our results and as such our habits actually determine how we live our lives and ultimately our destiny! Big words but true.

Coach Bay has years of experience in helping people make real changes. Coach Bay has created the Power Habits™ and iCommit™ signature programs to empower behavior change!
Real change starts with personal responsibility and commitment! Coach Bay is direct and in your face. He believes in taking action and doing whatever it takes to get the results you want. Coach Bay has beaten his own Monsters. These included smoking and junk food, which have been replaced with regular exercise and a healthy diet. Coach Bay lives with his family in Hong Kong where he coaches and works with people in the corporate world to make sustainable behavioral changes.
